Work Environment

This position is located in our welcoming outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to determine their specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient goals, incorporating manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, tracking progress and modifying treatment approaches as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on their response to therapy, enabling a responsive and patient-centered care approach.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining health and wellness beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult and senior populations facing orthopedic challenges, including post-surgical recovery, arthritis management, and sports injuries. You will also engage with patients experiencing mental health challenges or cognitive impairments, developing holistic treatment plans that address both physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' challenges.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
