Work Environment

This position requires onsite work within the home care setting, where you will interact directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our clinic is designed to ensure that you can focus entirely on patient rehabilitation without the distractions often present in traditional outpatient facilities. The role offers structured hours, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, assessing both their mobility levels and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to patients' specific goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities to optimize recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and proven interventions to deliver effective therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, providing hands-on support and education to empower them in their recovery process.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs, emphasizing injury prevention and promoting overall health.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing support and motivation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to align comprehensive care strategies for enhanced patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, such as joint pain, post-surgical recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Understanding the complexity of each patient's condition will be essential as you provide tailored care and rehabilitation strategies aimed at improving their overall physical function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice physical therapy, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist focusing on orthopedics, with a proven ability to effectively manage a spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic treatment modalities and appropriate application thereof.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for rapport building with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home care settings, adapting therapeutic techniques to individual patient circumstances.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, including wellness and fitness programming.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
