Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic injuries and conditions, utilizing a range of assessment tools.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and updated clinical guidelines.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and physical modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and hot/cold therapies.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and functionality.
• Providing education to patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and individualized home exercise programs to empower self-care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care for all our patients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing a diverse range of orthopedic issues, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with patients from various backgrounds, including active adults, athletes, and elderly individuals seeking recovery and improved mobility. Each treatment plan will be tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the patient, ensuring that we drive toward effective and positive rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active state Physical Therapist (PT) license with a commitment to professional ethics and continued learning.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, specifically within orthopedic settings, outpatient care, or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic assessment, advanced treatment techniques, and robust patient care planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, vital for educating patients and collaborating with your team members.
• Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive at $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
