Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to enhance recovery, including exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to care transitions.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards, including meeting performance and utilization goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required to practice.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits
