Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and injury patterns to develop customized rehabilitation plans.
• Create and implement detailed treatment plans that encompass a range of therapies, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation as deemed appropriate.
• Exercise independent judgment based on patient response and progress, adjusting treatment methods swiftly to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain active communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, discussing patient progress, addressing concerns, and providing clear guidance on home exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult and geriatric patients recovering from various physical conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, strokes, and chronic pain syndromes. You will play a vital role in creating an individualized rehabilitation experience that addresses each patient's unique needs and goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
