Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Providing specialized care across various disciplines, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and maximize therapeutic outcomes using evidence-based practices.
• Delivering skilled therapeutic interventions, both in-clinic and at patients' homes, utilizing a range of techniques to align with the physician's prescribed care plan.
• Educating and training patients and their caregivers on their treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications for sustained recovery.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to the achievement of clinic performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in case documentation and scheduling.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Deep Care Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
