Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring comprehensive and personalized attention during each therapy session.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective rehabilitation techniques, drawing from your previous experience.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options, utilizing cost-effective therapeutic interventions that focus on enhancing patients' motion and mobility.
• Create, implement, and modify comprehensive care plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific patient needs.
• Design and develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to diverse patient populations, promoting long-term health and rehabilitation goals.
• Employ evidence-based interventions to guarantee effective treatment solutions personalized to each patient's situation.
• Provide encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive attitude towards recovery.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through structured programs.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Corehab, you will serve a diverse population of patients recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Your expertise will be key in aiding these patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their overall functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated mastery of a variety of manual therapy modalities and evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Strong ability to design and manage successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for effective documentation of patient progress.
• A commitment to staying informed of the latest developments in physical therapy techniques and methodologies supported by research.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic therapy.
• Experience with a range of patient demographics, including active athletes and recovery patients, to facilitate targeted treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
