Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs designed to improve patients' conditions and functional capabilities.
• Utilize clinical skills across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing empathetic communication, education, and training to patients and their caregivers.
• Document patient progress and modify programs as needed to enhance outcomes according to physician recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient care and achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of physical therapy benefits and reinforce our brand's commitment to patient health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, encompassing a broad spectrum of age groups and needs. Expect to develop treatment strategies for children recovering from sports injuries, elderly patients rehabilitating post-surgery, and individuals managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a valid state license in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, alongside competency with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to connect with patients empathetically, focusing on helping them achieve and exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
