Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including initial assessments and re-evaluations, demonstrating clinical precision and expertise.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and effective data collection processes to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to analyze patient history and specific needs.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of complex medical conditions and understand laboratory results and imaging data pertinent to therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs for a diverse patient demographic, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and post-surgical cases.
• Manage clinical outcomes effectively, addressing unique treatment challenges collaboratively with fellow therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• An active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist is required.
