Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, crafting individualized treatment programs tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement treatment modalities and therapeutic exercises aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and functionality, meticulously adhering to the physician's plan of care.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, leveraging evidence-based practices that are proven to enhance recovery.
• Provide educational resources and consultations to patients and their caregivers, ensuring that they are well-informed and active participants in the healing process.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions to track improvements and adjust programs as necessary.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service that enhances patient satisfaction and supports the overall effectiveness of care.
• Meet designated utilization goals and contribute positively to the clinic's business objectives through patient engagement and care excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Proficient in using word processing and computer applications to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• A genuine passion for building trust and rapport with patients, facilitating their journey towards recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working with specific patient populations, such as pediatric or sports medicine patients, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or patient education programs will be an advantage.
