Work Environment

Your work schedule will be from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized evaluation and treatment for each patient, focusing on their specific goals and needs.
• Manage a personalized caseload, ensuring ample time and attention for each individual patient.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to provide evidence-based treatments that enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Implement cost-effective therapies that prioritize non-surgical interventions and limit medication reliance.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's progress.
• Conduct physical health assessments and develop personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' needs.
• Inspire and maintain patient motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey, encouraging active participation in recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care delivery and treatment success.
• Frequent evaluation of treatment efficacy, with ongoing assessments to track patient progress and adapt plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of services provided, utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from athletes seeking recovery from sports injuries to individuals needing post-operative rehabilitation. Our focus is on providing care that emphasizes functional outcomes, allowing patients of all ages and backgrounds to return to their preferred activities and improve their overall health.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida (FL) is mandatory, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a track record of designing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Competency in utilizing EMR systems, especially WebPT, to ensure accurate patient documentation and quality of care.
• Strong understanding of current physical therapy methodologies informed by the latest research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative approaches in patient care that lead to significant functional outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, enhancing communication and engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
