Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Design and implement effective treatment programs for various conditions, utilizing modalities and interventions that drive patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine approaches and maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy services in a one-on-one setting at our clinic, focusing on tailored hands-on care for optimal recovery.
• Educate and empower patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt rehabilitation strategies as necessary to meet established goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of customer service excellence, strengthening patient engagement and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Limber, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological challenges. Qualifications
