Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine functional abilities and disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, evaluating techniques and progress regularly.
• Engage in consultation with healthcare providors regarding the continuum of care, ensuring clear communication and best strategies for patient management.
• Document patient treatments accurately and comprehensively, including treatment evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff while managing department resources effectively.
• Participate in community outreach efforts, focusing on quality improvements and program development that align with organizational goals.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and ongoing education to enhance personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
