Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensively assess patients' needs by reviewing medical histories, performing thorough evaluations, and establishing individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Implement effective treatment protocols based on assessment findings, ensuring that interventions are evidenced-based and adjusted as per the patient's progress and medical condition.
• Document patient encounters meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure holistic and integrated care, recognizing when to modify treatment plans based on patients' evolving health needs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions, contributing to facility-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient access and quality of care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
