Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine individual treatment needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are evidenced-based and aligned with patients' recovery objectives.

• Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing advanced techniques to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and function.

• Offer patient education on injury prevention, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient care and outcomes, fostering a team-oriented approach.

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service during patient interactions, leading to increased patient satisfaction and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will primarily focus on orthopedic patients who seek rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE program.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.

• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate patients.

Compensation and Benefits
