Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, located onsite in the patient's home. The full-time schedule consists of 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical needs and designing personalized treatment programs.
• Implement effective treatment strategies for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Deliver therapeutic services directly in the home environment, using advanced techniques and procedures aimed at improving patient function and well-being.
• Consult with, educate, and guide patients and their caregivers, empowering them through knowledge and support.
• Document patient progress and treatment effectiveness accurately to meet regulatory requirements while contributing to overall performance metrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and shared expertise.
• Exhibit exemplary customer service, enhancing the patient experience and contributing to our clinic's positive reputation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, along with a valid state license to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer software applications.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients and community members.
• A genuine desire to connect with and positively impact the lives of others.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a licensed physical therapist, particularly in home healthcare or outpatient settings.
• Experience with evidence-based therapy techniques and patient-centered care methodologies.
• Familiarity with documenting patient care using electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
