Key Responsibilities

In the role of Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, focusing on their specific orthopedic needs.
• Administer skilled therapeutic care to promote the restoration of function and overall well-being, utilizing procedures in accordance with each patient's unique plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, as well as patients with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. With a diverse case load, you will adapt treatment methods to suit a wide variety of diagnoses and recovery needs, enhancing each patient's path to optimal recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing.
• A commitment to building positive relationships with patients to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience
