Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs utilizing various modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide compassionate and effective communication with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and increase the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Incorporate functional movement assessments and incorporate exercise prescriptions that align with each patient's goals and physician's recommendations.
• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness while generating awareness for our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries to athletes aiming to optimize performance. You will also have the chance to work with pediatric patients under specialized care, as well as clients with neurological disorders, chronic pain, and sports-related injuries. Each case presents unique challenges, providing a rich tapestry of experiences that sharpen your clinical expertise and expand your therapeutic toolbox.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as mandated by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification and the ability to perform basic life support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic, pediatric, and neurologic specialties.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
• A background in community engagement and health promotion is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
