Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Physical Therapist will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at promoting patient recovery:

• Consult with patients to evaluate their physical conditions, discussing symptoms and treatment goals.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop customized treatment plans that encourage recovery and mobility.
• Instruct patients in the application of therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, including massage and electrical stimulation, to facilitate healing and pain relief.
• Guide patients in the proper use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs and walkers to enhance independence.
• Maintain meticulous patient records to document progress, adjust treatment plans, and communicate with other care team members.
• Provide advice to patients and their families regarding home treatment strategies and exercise recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits
