Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a thriving outpatient setting, engaging with patients Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician recommendations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance recovery for patients across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Engage in active communication with patients to provide education regarding their diagnoses, treatment goals, and home exercise programs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to restore functionality and promote individualized healing pathways.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive well-rounded care aimed at maximizing outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and participation benchmarks related to business objectives.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in documentation and word processing software.
• The ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support effective outcomes.

Preferred Experience
