Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to promote effective healing and recovery.
• Utilize a wide array of manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve functional mobility.
• Design and customize progressive exercise programs tailored to meet specific patient goals and needs.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR software, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, and sports-related ailments. You will focus on establishing therapeutic relationships, understanding each patient's unique challenges, and helping them set and achieve their mobility and wellness goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• An active license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional ability to create and implement effective exercise regimens for diverse patient needs.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT.
• A strong foundation in current physical therapy practices and methodologies, backed by research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with sport-specific rehabilitation and training principles.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other evidence-based techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
