Work Environment

Working onsite at our outpatient office in Tampa, you will be part of a close-knit team that collaborates closely to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including gathering detailed medical histories and performing comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate findings from evaluations to patients and their families, fostering an inclusive approach to goal setting that involves active participation from all parties.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols that align with each patient's specific needs and respond dynamically to their progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, recognizing when patient conditions require adjustments to their care plan or additional consultations.
• Successfully manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring that documentation reflects the complete continuum of care, from initial evaluations to discharge assessments.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills to meet productivity expectations while also participating in community outreach and hospital marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental goals and compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring the best practices are upheld at all times.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and continuing education to elevate both personal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
