Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, hands-on manual therapy, and the application of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document treatment progress meticulously to track responses and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure Continuous Improvement.
• Proactively educate patients, caregivers, and families about treatment modalities and assistive devices, fostering independence in managing their care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and ensure seamless patient transitions between different levels of care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy through ongoing professional development activities including workshops and conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Quantrics, you will work with a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric clients, each presenting with a variety of diagnoses including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and age-related mobility challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals to achieve their rehabilitation goals, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for patient management and documentation.
• A flexible approach to both clinical practices and patient care, along with the ability to adapt to various therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, recent graduates with a keen enthusiasm for learning and patient care will also be considered. A mentorship program is available for new graduates to ensure a smooth transition into professional practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k options with discretionary employer matching, life and AD&D insurance, and paid family leave.
