Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Better Everyday Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms while maintaining an empathetic and responsive demeanor.
• Utilizing your expertise to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Instructing patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques to facilitate effective rehabilitation and recovery.
• Applying therapeutic modalities such as massage or stimulation techniques to support healing processes.
• Assisting patients in the use of rehabilitative equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, to enhance mobility.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans based on recovery milestones and feedback.
• Providing education and guidance to both patients and their families about home treatment options and specific exercises promoting ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population. You will engage with children and adults with varying diagnoses, from sports injuries and orthopedic issues to chronic pain and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our Physical Therapist position should possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.

• Competency in word processing and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience

While no experience is strictly required, a minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care. Compensation and Benefits
