Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and independent judgment to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in regular communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding care progress, challenges, and home exercise programs.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventive care to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Your role is critical in helping patients regain functional independence and confidence, supporting them through every stage of their rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• At least two years of professional experience in a physical therapy role or related healthcare field.
• Proficiency with rehabilitation tools and modalities, alongside contemporary treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between $90,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
