Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Valley Care Solution, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient progress.
• Employing a range of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques to facilitate rehabilitation across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with patients to enhance their recovery experience and outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and treatment efficacy through evidence-based practice.
• Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers to promote understanding of their treatment plans and enhance compliance.
• Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to the clinic's business objectives as a vital team member.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer and word processing skills for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance a candidate's profile:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• State licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
