Ensures the safeguarding of assets and compliance with fiscal and accounting policies applicable to the job. Prepares and processes utility invoices, including verifying vendor accounts, batching invoices, and assembling claim schedules. Handles paper and electronic invoices, performs complex reconciliations, corrects claim schedules and processing errors, and makes expenditure adjustments. Uses Advantage, infoAdvantage, Datalink, and Paper Utility Invoice Automation (PUIA) to process invoices and generate reports for reconciliation.

This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Caltrans’s evolving telework policy.
