Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Serene Unity Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that are essential for providing high-quality mental health services:

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and promote positive change.

• Document clinical interactions with precision, adhering to confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance outlined by HIPAA.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case review sessions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to seniors, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
