Marketing representative – Oral Surgery Practice
Location: Deerfield IL 

We are a growing, high-end oral surgery practice seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, expand patient acquisition, and strengthen relationships with referring providers.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient growth 
• Build and maintain relationships with referring dentists and specialists 
• Plan and execute events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts 
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI 
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns 
• Oversee website performance, content updates, and online reputation management (reviews, listings) 
• Coordinate with external vendors (designers, agencies, photographers, etc.) 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or local service business preferred) 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics 
• Excellent communication and project management skills 
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
