Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Successful completion of the National Counseling Exam (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proven experience as a mental health counselor with demonstrated clinical skills.

• Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as AVATAR, ensuring accurate documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
