Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are working with companies in Delta Township that are adding Office Managers to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office administrative operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and company events for manufacturing leadership.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail, distributing as needed.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for manufacturing-related documents.
  • Assist with onboarding new manufacturing employees, including workspace setup and initial paperwork.
  • Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and assisting with timekeeping systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the office and factory floor, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative processes, including record-keeping, supply management, and scheduling.
