Responsibilities for Associate Escrow Assistant include but are not limited to: Greet clients, real estate agents, lenders, builders, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and closing appointments. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide administrative support for daily office operations. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Assist with general office duties and special projects as assigned. Assist Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants with daily file processing activities. Open, maintain, and organize escrow files and related documentation. Review files for completeness and assist in obtaining outstanding documents and information. Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records in accordance with company procedures. Communicate with lenders, builders, real estate agents, and customers regarding transaction status as directed. Schedule closings and coordinate closing logistics with all parties involved. Assist with document preparation, quality control, and post-closing activities. Support the escrow team in ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Perform additional escrow-related duties as assigned. Candidates for Associate Escrow Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered : Prior experience working in a title company, escrow office, real estate closing environment, or related industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and business partners. Experience supporting residential real estate purchase transactions. Experience working with homebuilder transactions. Familiarity with title and escrow software systems. Working knowledge of escrow procedures, title processes, and real estate closing terminology. Experience in a customer-facing administrative or receptionist role What’s in this Associate Escrow Assistant position for you? Pay: $ 21.01/hr.
