Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct an average of 25-30 client visits per week to maintain a robust caseload and provide regular therapy sessions.

• Document ongoing clinical assessments, treatment adjustments, and session notes, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and protocols.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative environment.

• Utilize innovative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving therapeutic goals, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional development and share insights with fellow clinicians.

• Coordinate with case managers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients, addressing their multifaceted needs.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, children, and families—each bringing unique challenges and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A strong foundation in family therapy principles and familiarity with community resources.

• Proficient in creating clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of expressing complex ideas clearly.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate emotional stability in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 81,000 to USD 100,000 per year, along with bonuses based on performance.
