Job Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and accounting records Enter and update information in accounting systems Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks Review information for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized files and documentation Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis Utilize Sage 50 and Sage 300 as needed Communicate professionally with internal teams and assist with accounting-related requests Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of data entry experience Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage 300 Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
