This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexible and efficient integration into our detox center operations. You’ll collaborate with teams of professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver high-quality interventions and support services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families involved in early intervention.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they are tailored to foster each child's unique developmental trajectory.

• Monitor progress and outcomes on a continual basis, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
\n
• Provide invaluable support to families, delivering practical skills, resources, and information to enhance their child's development and learning.

• Implement evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to optimize child engagement and growth.
\n
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues, creating a trusting and therapeutic environment.

• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of social work and early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers, including those with disabilities or developmental delays. The support provided will aid in the acquisition of crucial skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. Your role will be vital in bridging connections between families and vital community resources to foster a nurturing and enriching environment for children in need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel when required.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles to meet the individualized needs of children undergoing early intervention.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
