Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to gather pertinent background information and mental health history.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family counseling sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring comfortable, confidential interactions.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, documenting session notes, treatment progress, and relevant correspondence in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed on advancements in the field of mental health counseling by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
