Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client mental health status and therapy needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies that leverage evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapies.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families, and maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the therapy process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, keeping holistic wellness at the forefront.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and manage case files in adherence to current regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
