Director of GTM Strategy

To support Wiza's growth strategy, the full-time remote Director of GTM Strategy will partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to develop operational plans, design playbooks for new market motions, and lead a team focused on revenue operations and automation. Key responsibilities Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute GTM strategies and operational plans Design and implement playbooks for scaling SMB acquisition and expanding existing customer accounts Lead a team in building workflows, automations, and AI agents to enhance revenue operations Required qualifications 7+ years in RevOps, GTM Ops, GTM Engineering, or Sales Ops, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of designing and implementing GTM motions from the ground up Experience in moving a company upmarket and managing expansion strategies Fluency in Hubspot and familiarity with modern GTM tools like Outreach and Gong Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools for independent data analysis
