Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through video chat to promote mental health improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity, making them suitable for remote therapy sessions. This emphasis on stable client caseloads allows you to deliver effective therapeutic interventions while mitigating crisis management, thus creating a productive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active independent mental health license issued by the state of Massachusetts, such as: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Proven ability to make professional assessments and recommendations regarding treatment planning and implementation.

• Proficient computer literacy skills to utilize our online systems and documentation processes effectively.
