Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans, setting clear goals in conjunction with the client to track progress.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in multidisciplinary meetings as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in client records to comply with relevant regulations and facilitate effective treatment planning.

• Adapt treatment approaches based on client feedback and evolving needs, employing a strengths-based perspective.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
