Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, utilizing a client-centered and evidenced-based approach to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the clients' needs, including utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Collaborate closely with other health professionals in the clinic to coordinate multidisciplinary care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to discuss case management and support professional development.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a diverse group of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their experiences by employing a therapeutic approach that respects their unique backgrounds and personal stories.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active California LPCC license in good standing is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is necessary.

• Deep understanding and knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Exceptional communication skills are required, alongside strong clinical judgment and cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
