Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and risks, developing tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others, to foster positive client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards while capturing essential client progress and engagement details.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary virtual team through case consultations and team meetings to enhance client treatment and share best practices.

• Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in mental health care to continually improve your clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is required.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience or one year of focused, relevant clinical experience after obtaining LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
