This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a work-life balance. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work schedule for our employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions focusing on a variety of mental health diagnoses, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention.

• Perform clinical assessments to identify client needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and track progress with precise documentation.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Uphold ethical standards and comply with California state regulations while practicing within a collaborative team framework.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the State of California, with registration from the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred.

• A strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Previous experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds or those experiencing severe mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
