Security Strategic Alliance Associate (Remote)

Who You Are

You are a collaborative and organized professional with experience supporting technology partnerships, alliance programs, and business development initiatives. You are comfortable building relationships with internal teams and external partners, coordinating meetings and joint activities, tracking opportunities, and ensuring follow-through on action items. Your understanding of technology solutions—including cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, automation, and edge technologies—allows you to help connect partner capabilities with customer and business needs.

You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities effectively, and pay close attention to operational details, reporting, and deadlines. You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to joint go-to-market programs, sales enablement, partner events, and pipeline development. You also use productivity and AI tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support better collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and partner teams.

About The Role

The Alliances Associate supports the growth of technology Partners by helping execute partner programs and joint go-to-market activities with leading technology Partners. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partner counterparts, to support partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and help ensure solutions and services align with partner initiatives.

Must be based in the United States.

Other responsibilities include:

Partner Relationship Support

• Support day-to-day relationships with key partner contacts and help coordinate recurring partner touchpoints.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments.
• Maintain partner documentation (program requirements, contacts, enablement resources) and help socialize updates internally.

Business Development & Pipeline Support

• Identify and track joint opportunities in collaboration with sales and partner teams.
• Support partner processes to help accelerate opportunities through the pipeline.
• Assist with Market Development Funds (MDF) requests, tracking, and reporting in alignment with internal guidelines.

Go-to-Market Coordination

• Help coordinate joint GTM initiatives (campaigns, webinars, field events) with marketing and partner teams.
• Support development of partner-facing and internal enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help package services with partner technologies (e.g., infrastructure modernization, networking, cloud, security, automation, edge, and high-performance networking).

Industry & Partner Engagement

• Participate in partner and industry events as needed to support relationship building and program execution.
• Stay current on relevant technology and partner ecosystem trends and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Operational Support

• Track and report on partner activities and performance metrics (e.g., sourced/influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, enablement completion).
• Help ensure internal alignment by coordinating across sales, engineering, operations, and marketing on alliance-related initiatives.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel programs, or business development (technology preferred).
• Familiarity with technology solutions and commercial concepts (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, partner programs).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and CRM/partner portals (experience preferred).
• Ability to use AI tools to maximize productivity and efficiency and automate manual tasks.

Preferred

• Experience working with technology vendors and their partner programs.
• Experience supporting joint marketing initiatives or sales enablement efforts.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $120,000- $140,000, plus opportunities for profit-sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
