BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As the foundation of the sales/marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing all of STAND DESK’s inbound and outbound lead generation. This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all — selling. You'll work closely with marketing to help manage lead lists, re-marketing campaigns, and more. As a true business consultant, you'll have to learn the ins and outs of the office furniture industry, ergonomics, and e-commerce. After a year or less, you'll be given the opportunity to build your own team. Job Description Generate, develop and close new “direct sales or distribution” business (ie. affiliate, B2B, dropship, white label, etc.) Smash quotas and continually raise the bar Design, optimize, and evolve the STAND DESK sales processes Come up with creative initiatives that will make a difference in your lead generation efforts, test them out, measure, scale or kill; then repeat Deals, Deals, Deals – You have tons of experience negotiating ultra-fast sweetheart deals that manage long‑term risk, while making it look easy Own the pitch, objections and competitive intel for your teams as the marketplace changes Understand changing business needs months ahead of the team and have the gravitas and skill to lead through this change with precision and confidence Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing and closing deals Adept at MS office, Google Apps, and CRM tools like Infusionsoft Eloquent and concise with words, and exceptional writing skills Outgoing, engaging, egoless, and eternal optimist that brings enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude to work each and every day Ability to deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr STAND DESK
