In It Together Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our vibrant outpatient clinic located in Port Jervis, New York. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing ample time to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Work Environment

With a steady caseload of approximately 6-7 patients per day, you will have both the time and the resources necessary to engage deeply with each individual. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, using advanced assessment techniques to develop tailored rehabilitation strategies.
• Execute evidence-based treatment interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise regimens, and functional training, aimed at improving patient strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients on recovery mechanisms, injury prevention strategies, and long-term wellness practices to empower them in reaching their health goals.
• Work collaboratively with primary care physicians and all relevant healthcare specialists to provide continuity of care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep precise and comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
