Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, focusing on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts.

• Assess and diagnose various family and relational issues such as grief, job stress, abuse, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that accommodate the unique dynamics and needs of each family unit, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate workshops and group sessions when necessary to promote family cohesion and healthier relationships.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records of sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, adapting therapy techniques to address immediate family emergencies and mental health crises.

Compensation and Benefits\n
