Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, formulating tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, adapting your approach to suit each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients, ensuring that accessibility is prioritized for those who encounter barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those at risk for self-harm. Your role is crucial in providing support and therapeutic interventions that lead to enhanced mental health and prevention of crises, all while utilizing our resources like in-app support programs and progress tracking technologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
