Job Description

Client is seeking a senior Lead Levelpath & JAGGAER Implementation Specialist to lead the technical implementation, configuration, integration, and delivery of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.

This is not a traditional Java/Python development role . The ideal candidate will be a senior S2P Technical Lead, Procurement Technology Architect, S2P Solution Architect, or Procurement Systems Architect with strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Levelpath and JAGGAER .

The candidate must be local to Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate and work onsite from day one, with a minimum of two days per week onsite at the Charlotte Tech Hub.

Candidate Screening Questions

Please obtain clear answers to the following before submission:

1. How many Levelpath implementations have you personally worked on, and what did you configure?
2. How many JAGGAER implementations have you worked on, and what was your technical responsibility?
3. Describe your hands-on S2P/P2P experience , particularly sourcing, supplier onboarding/lifecycle management, and contract management.
4. What systems have you integrated with Levelpath/JAGGAER? Specifically, have you integrated with Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP ?
5. What hands-on integration technologies have you used, including REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OIC, Kafka, event-driven integrations, Java/Python, and SQL ?

Candidates who cannot clearly demonstrate hands-on Levelpath and JAGGAER implementation experience should not be submitted.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Hands-on Levelpath implementation and configuration experience .
• Hands-on JAGGAER implementation and configuration experience .
• Strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge, including:
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Supplier lifecycle management
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Contract management
• Experience configuring Levelpath/JAGGAER workflows, business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Levelpath APIs, workflow configuration, and AI capabilities.
• Strong REST API integration experience with JSON and OAuth 2.0 .
• Knowledge of API security, authentication mechanisms, API gateways, enterprise integration patterns, message queues, and event streaming.
• Experience integrating Levelpath/JAGGAER with Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP .
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise implementations through SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC at least 2 days per week .

Highly Preferred: OIC, Kafka, Ironclad, Java, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/CouchDB, ETL, data mapping, BICC/FBDI, Git, CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and experience with Coupa, Ivalua, or GEP.
