Senior Compensation Analyst

Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a related analytical field such as Financial Planning Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with macros and VBA for complex data modeling Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality, error-free work products with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation fundamentals to diverse stakeholders Ability to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable) Experience with Workday’s advanced compensation functionality and HRIS systems
- Desirable) Technical proficiency or education related to APIs and SQL queries
- Desirable) Background working in high-technology or internet-based environments
- Desirable) Experience in both "in-house" and consulting environments
- Desirable) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
